I will keep this one short and simple. It has been an incredibly busy week. I have been working hard preparing applications and meeting with the directors for dietetic internships. I will be applying this September for one and will hear the results in the November. In order to become a Registered Dietitian, I must complete an internship and then pass an exam. November cannot get here fast enough :) Wish me luck!
Saturday night I drove to Dillsburg, PA with my friend John to hang with some cool people. We went to a drive-in. Planes and Pacific Rim were playing. I only stayed awake for Planes -oops. Anyways, the next recipe I suggest you try is a Tomato-Strawberry Bruschetta.

My friend Christine made some and it was delicious. I have yet to get her recipe, but you can always just google for recipes...that is what I always do. The internet is my cookbook. I think I will try this one tomorrow http://thecollegejuice.com/2012/08/in-my-kitchen-with-ted-allen/. The strawberries add a sweetness that mesh well with the tartness of the balsamic vinegar. This would be a perfect appetizer or side dish especially paired with grilled chicken.
Have a wonderful night. Try this one!
Liz
